Marketing Brochure for Housing Development
Client: Capworth Homes
Project: Marketing collateral for new housing development Woodford Park.
Requirements: Written content for 34-page marketing brochure and website.
Key Objectives: To begin to market the planned houses ahead of the build completion through a sales brochure, company website and third-party property website, Right Move.
Details: As the development was at its early stages when this project started, the descriptions and marketing copy were based purely from and to work alongside the development plans and renders of each property.
The brochure was the main focus as this would be the main takeaway for any interested parties if both visiting on-site and via local estate agents.
The brochure included general information about the development and the location, plus detailed descriptions of each of the 10 different properties and the specifications of the interior and exterior finish, before moving on to customer care and after-sales information.
Focusing on the main selling points of it being a private gated development in a prime countryside location, the properties also benefit from the latest FTTP internet connections, the development has a broad appeal of location and range of properties from 3-5 bedroomed properties to a range of buyers.
The website offers a more concise version of the information, broken down into easily accessible chunks of relevant detail. This also has scope for further developments as the website was written for the development company rather than solely this specific project.
Result: The website has been used for ongoing marketing, which includes a download link for the brochure. The printed brochures will be used in the show home which launched February 2019.
